Yeah I have a radeon x1950 as KC said.. lets just say my comp could handle the intensity where would the option even be at? Fraps seems pretty straight forward to me and I can't find it.

I'm not sure I have it set at 30 fps and my in-game settings at high with only view distance at max (otherwise I get jumpy framerate) I play the game at 1080 resolution. Do you think that makes a difference?

Payback still has an x1950 I think. Asking it to do 720p and decent flips might be too much. But I don't know much about recording video.

As far as I know the H264 codec was about as good as it gets for youtube, though I haven't done any video stuff in a LONG time so that may not be entirely true.
