,and Elin next time I go through the chi town area otw b ack to cali Ill get ya a drink.This was a good kill and I hope everyone feels like the weight has been lifted off our shoulders and we can breathe a lil more freely,but not so freely where we dont feel the fire under us that is Elin.Rag down now lets start getting us some heroic loot!

I think we all learned a valuable lesson as well. If a boss fight isn't going that great...throw Russ in lava. That'll fix it. wink

I want to especially thank those who had to sit out on several nights so that we could have the raid comp we needed for this fight. I hate sitting anyone a full night, much less several nights in a row. I really appreciate your patience and your support!

Great job on this guys.

I'd like to point out that according to guildox, there are only 908 guilds in the world that have downed Rag on 25 man without resorting to downing him on 10 man first. Less than a thousand guilds that could keep their 25 man group going all the way through Firelands with a roster strong enough to stay in 25's the entire time. Less than a thousand guilds committed enough to a 25 man group that they didn't break apart into smaller raids to speed up their progression. That's an amazing figure, one that speaks highly about the type of guild we are and the atmosphere we promote.

It's a tribute to the guild that we have managed this feat without imploding under the pressure that this tier has put on us. Every person involved in this kill, and every person who has put in attempts in the Firelands to even get the guild here, deserves a round of applause for their outstanding effort.

Additionally, Elin deserves extra praise for keeping this whole thing together and especially for completing the recruiting to keep the roster full and the raid manned. Someone buy that woman a drink since I'm sure her nerves must be shot by now!

However, we're not done yet, so don't get settled on your laurels. Shannox awaits in heroic, and I hear his dogs have gotten much meaner. But before all of that begins, I want everyone to stop, take a breath, and recognize that we accomplished a feat of which many guilds have not been capable. Even more than that, I hope every single member of this guild realizes that as long as we stick together, we're capable of even greater things.
