Grats, guys! I guess this means you don't need me anymore, and I can finally retire!! At the very least, Death now gets to do all the raid leading. =)

I don't know, the raid seems to find my speeches less than inspiring. They miss you and your pep talks for sure.

Not for nothing, and not to change the subject, but many guilds out there have a different person be raid leader than the guild leader simply because of the workload. It's hard enough trying to administrate a 25-man raiding guild between recruiting, raid progression planning, bank stocking, etc., but then on top of that having to do all the strat research, and then raid lead plus planning out the bench and swaps, it's a lot to be on one person's plate.
